I booked two nights in a room with a spa bath, and unfortunately, it was far from a 4-star hotel and very poor value for money.
I booked the romantic package with champagne, petits fours, and flowers. I arrived at 2 pm and only saw the bouquet. The receptionist told me they had put it in the mini-fridge, but when I went to get my bottle around 6 pm, it was warm. The mini-fridge was actually just a cooler that only brought the temperature down to 15 degrees Celsius. I pointed this out to them, and they practically blamed me for drinking it immediately upon arrival.
The first evening, I decided to use the spa bath. I filled it up and got in. I turned it on, and the first thing I noticed was cold water coming out of the pipes. Secondly, there was a smell of stagnant water. The cleanliness was lacking.
I reserved two electric bikes which, unfortunately, were poorly maintained. After 50 meters, the derailleur kept slipping. I went back, and once again I was told it was normal and that I should stay in the lowest gear and not shift. I left again, and it was the same thing, so I came back again, and they finally decided to replace my bike. If you can't manage bike rentals properly, you shouldn't offer this service.
And one last point, which would have been fine if it weren't for all the other problems: upon arrival, I confirmed my reservation for the restaurant on Sunday evening, and when I tried to change my reservation time, I was told there was no reservation.

A warm beer cost €6—they might as well not have a minibar at all. The service was far below what I would expect in a 4-star hotel. It's almost as if there's a problem, and it's never their fault.
